Quality policy

INASILPE develops its activity at elaboration level of design and assembly of mechanical and electrical installations of low and medium voltage and telecommunications infrastructures. Projects of automation and manufacture of electrical switchboards.

Throughout its long experience, Inasilpe bets on the technical and organizational excellence, in order to make a shared commitment with the Employees and Business Partners in the fulfilment of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard and applicable regulatory legislation continuing with the introduction of improvements at the level of the Services / Products provided. Do not forget the values related to the Environment and the prevention of Occupational Safety and Health, including meeting the agreed deadlines, in order to satisfy your Customers, the professional fulfilment of your Employees and the partnerships with Suppliers, are critical success factors for the competitiveness and profitability of the Organization and in this sense bases its Quality Policy on the following three vectors:

Invest in the competence and image of the Organization to consolidate customer confidence and promote internationalization;

Nothing can be left to chance and we must control and continuously improve internal processes to do well at first. Provide working conditions that promote respect for Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health values;

Act with rigor and speed to develop sustainability based on rigor, professionalism and in full compliance with the regulations for the sector.

The Quality Policy defined in INASILPE, presupposes strategic planning guided by the main objectives, namely:

1. Maintain Quality standards;
2. Meeting customer satisfaction;
3. Ensure Sustainability;
4. Value creation;
5. Develop efforts to Internationalization;
6. Promote the improvement of the Organization's effectiveness.

As a result of the Quality Policy, INASILPE annually defines strategic quality objectives in the review meeting of the Quality Management System, which are quantified and monitored periodically.
